You can process cancellations through our Partner Support team by using the Contact Us form. If any of your products are no longer operational, you must contact your Account Manager or Partner Support Team immediately so they can remove the product from the site. 

Cancel/refund a booking by contacting the Partner Support Team following these steps: 

  1. Go to the Contact Us form 
  2. Complete First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Your Company Name details 
  3. Select ‘Refund Request’ in the Category dropdown list 
  4. Select the relevant option for your request in the Sub-category dropdown list 
  5. Complete Supplier Reference Number, Guest Name, Refund Reason, Your Job Title Position, and Description details. You may include additional refunds in the description or with an attachment. Please be sure to include partial refund amounts if applicable. 
  6. Click the Submit button to send through cancel/refund request to the Partner Support Team to process
