Expedia Activities has been collecting reviews since 2015. To ensure that reviews come from verified customers, we send an email following redemption of your product and ask for the customer’s feedback. Customers are invited to review your product overall and may add written feedback that is attached to your product listing.
With the number of websites and languages that Expedia Group lists your products on, there is no set rule for the minimum amount of reviews needed to show on each site. Our team continually measures how our customers interact with the review section of our sites and adapts constantly to ensure optimal consumer satisfaction.
You can review customers’ feedback on your products in LXPC Self-Service. Simply select ‘Reviews’ in the sidebar navigation and you’ll be shown a list of your written reviews.
You will also receive a weekly email from notify@localexpertpartnercentral.com if you have new reviews on your products. You can follow the link in the email to visit the ‘Reviews’ page and check them out.
You can customize the review sort by arrival date (travel date) or date received (review submission date). Reviews include a number rating of 1 to 5, and you see how many reviews your product has with each number rating, as well as the average customer rating for your product.
Please note: Responding to customer reviews is not an option at this time. Please check back for future updates.
