Password reset is self-service. Follow the steps below to successfully reset your password in Partner Central:
- Login to Partner Central
- When prompted to enter your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’
- Enter your registered email address and click on the “Request reset link” button.
- An email will be delivered to you with a link to reset your password
- When you click on the Password reset button, you will be redirected to a form to enter your new password. Once you’ve entered your new password, click ‘Change password’
- You will have the option to select a verification method, choose either option for your verification code
- Once you’ve received the verification code, enter it on the following screen and click ‘Verify’
- Once you enter the correct verification code, you will regain access to Partner Central
Note: You will receive a confirmation once your password has been reset.
