To ensure price transparency for travelers, any mandatory fees or taxes that travelers are required to pay post-booking (ie: any fees payable on arrival at the activity) must be loaded in these designated fields.
1. Log in to the partner self-service portal
2. Go to the activity and click on the Actions drop down menu
3. Select Edit
4. Click on Options and pricing in the left-hand navigation menu
5. In the Option, click on the Actions drop down menu
a. Note: each Active Option will need to have fees set up individually
6. Select View/Edit
7. Click on option 4. Mandatory Fees to expand the section
8. Click on the Actions dropdown menu
9. Select Edit
10. Click on the fee type you are adding (e.g. Admission Fees or Transport/parking)
11. Enter the Activity Start and End Dates if applicable
12. Enter the fee Amount inclusive of taxes
13. Select the Ticket Type
14. Select the Currency
15. Note: Fees will be added for all times in the selected offer group
16. Click on Apply
17. Click on Save options
**If mandatory fees apply to more than one option within an activity, you must repeat these steps for all applicable options
18. Ensure Exclusions content is updated to indicate that fees are payable locally

- No — only mandatory fees that travelers are required to pay locally at the time of the activity should be entered in this section. If your existing rates already include any mandatory fees that are collected at the time of booking, no additional action is needed.
- What happens once I load any fees into the new mandatory fees section?

- The fees will be shown to travelers during the checkout, so they are aware of fees that need to be paid in person on the day of the activity
- What happens if fees are not loaded by May 31?

- Your activity will be at risk of being removed from the Expedia marketplace.

- No – we only require you to enter mandatory fees and not optional fees
- Does Expedia collect payment from travelers for the mandatory fees?
