From the Product list page, click on the ‘Actions’ link and select ‘Edit’ in the drop-down menu of the Product you wish to amend.
Description, Highlights, and Details
You can change the content of your Product in the ‘Description’ and/or ‘Highlights’ text box of the ‘Basic Information’ section. You can change the ‘Inclusions,’ ‘Exclusions,’ ‘Know Before You Go,’ and ‘Know Before you Book’ text boxes of the ‘Details’ section.
Click on “more” in the field description for examples and guides.
Confirm changes by clicking the ‘Publish’ button at the bottom of the page. Updates may take up to 5 business days to show on all points of sale.
Meeting Location
Head to the ‘Location’ section on the sidebar. Click ‘Update Address Information’ or add another with the ‘Add another meeting point’ button.
Customer Service Information
You can change your contact information in the ‘Policies and Redemption’ section of your product. Either select a new point of contact from your existing points of contact or add a new one by clicking on ‘Add Contact Information.’ Then, click ‘Add a new point of contact’ and enter current customer service details. Each product can be assigned a maximum of 2 points of contact.
Health and Hygiene
Market insights show that enhanced hygiene measures are a key factor for travelers when booking travel products. That’s why we will be displaying health and hygiene information for each of your product listings on Expedia Group websites. You can provide information to potential travelers about the health and hygiene measures you are taking against COVID-19 for your products in the Traveler Health and Safety section on each of your listings. To add this information:
- Go into the product listing (Actions -> Edit)
- Select Traveler Health & Safety in the Listing menu bar
- Complete the Traveler Health & Safety questionnaire
- Click the Save button to confirm details
