You can set up notifications to alert you when a customer books your product, they cancel their booking, or they leave a review on one of your products. Notifications are sent via email to your designated email address(es) from notify@localexpertpartnercentral.com.

Email Notifications settings can be updated directly in Partner Central in Supplier Branch Settings found in the side navigation. Update this information so you don’t miss any bookings or new reviews.

To change your Email Notification settings:

  • Go to your Supplier Branch settings located in the left-hand side navigation.
  • Begin by selecting ‘Actions’ then ‘Edit’
  • In the Email Address field, enter in the email address you wish to configure and select the notification types required for this recipient.
  • Click ‘Add’ to confirm, after which you will be able to add as many recipients as necessary.
  • Remember to hit the ‘Save’ button once all addresses and settings have been added.

You may select from the following notifications types:

Instant: Choose this option if the email listed is to receive an instant individual notification as soon as a booking and/or a cancellation is made (default is set at 72 hours prior to arrival date)

Booking: Choose this option if the email listed is to receive daily combined booking notifications (all bookings made on a given day are received into a single email)

Arrival: Choose this option if the email listed is to receive daily combined arrival notifications (default is set at 1 day prior to arrival date)

Cancellation: Choose this option if the email listed is to receive daily combined cancellation notifications (all cancellations made on a given day are sent in a single email)

Review: Choose this option if the email listed is to receive weekly combined customer review notifications (all reviews made in a given week are sent in a single email)
