You can view all your active products on Expedia at any time by clicking the ‘Product list’ link from the main ‘Menu’ in the upper-right corner of the page.
There are 3 different statuses for Products or Options in Partner Central. These statuses can be seen on both ‘Product list’ and ‘Option list’ pages.
- Active: Your Product/Option is currently available
- De-activated: Your Product/Option is currently not active and cannot be re-activated
- Suspended: Your Product/Option is temporarily removed from sale due to a connectivity mapping error.
Your Account Manager will take action to resolve this issue or contact you if any action is needed from your end. Once fixed, your product will change to ‘Active’ status.
Each product will have a corresponding product ID listed parenthetically beside it.
