Partner Central is the tool you use to list and manage your products on Expedia Group’s many brands and channels. With Partner Central you can reach a global audience and field bookings and reviews from travelers. Use Partner Central to create your product listings, adjust your rates, and promote your products to attract travelers quickly and easily.

Partner Central allows you to be in control of the creation, management, and promotion of your products from start to finish. Below is some helpful information for first-time users.

Rates and availability

To book one of your products on an Expedia Group site, travelers will need to know the rate of your product Options. For every Option you list on Expedia Group’s sites, you must create at least one Price Group. The Price Group you create will include travel dates, ticket types, and availability.

When a traveler visits an Expedia Group site and enters specific dates for their trip, they want to see products available on those dates. If you have not provided us with availability during these dates, your products will not appear in the traveler’s search result, and you may miss out on a booking. This is why it’s so important to keep Expedia Group up-to-date with the number of spaces you have available on any given date.

Bookings

When a traveler makes a booking through one of Expedia’s sites, the booking is automatically confirmed. You can set up notifications to alert you when a customer books your product, they cancel their booking, or they leave a review on one of your products. This notification will contain a confirmation number, which is then used to identify the booking in Partner Central or your reservation system. You can find booking details in the Reports menu in Partner Central.

Dealing with cancellations and refunds

If a traveler is unable to cancel their booking, they must contact Expedia Group Customer Service. You can’t cancel a booking on a traveler’s behalf, but you can request that Expedia Group cancel a booking and submit a refund request using Contact us.
